Annual Fees
After the decision to apply for charitable status which will have a significant positive financial impact on the club the following changes have been agreed for the 2009-10 season. Gaining charitable status will enable the club to gain gift aid on all fees paid by members to the club which will add 25p for every £1 paid to the club. To support this the executive committee have agreed to introduce a new payment system to reduce the amount of monies collected on a weekly basis by captains and managers and help the club gain the gift aid. This will now mean that for the majority of members 2 payments will be required to cover membership and match fees. Annual Subscriptions are due in 2 payments the first by October 31st 2009 sent to Lynne Whitfield the clubs membership secretary or handed to Sarah Sinclair (Junior Membership Sec) with a completed membership form for all sections of the club. | To help raise further funds for the club we are asking all members to help by simple completing the Gift Aid form and returning it with a completed membership form and the appropriate membership fee installment. By completing the Gift Aid form it will enable the club to claim 25p for every £1 you give to the club. As long as the person signing the form is a tax payer we will be able to claim.
